California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)

The California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) is the 2020 ballot initiative that substantially amended the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The CPRA did not rename the law: the amended statute continues to be the CCPA, which is the primary tag used by The De La Torre Review for the law as currently in effect.
